Dori Tamagni is the founder and heart behind AFACT. Her vision was to create a safe, nurturing environment where children could experience healing, stability, and connection through compassionate care, animals, and ranch life.
Her commitment to young people and belief in the powerful connection between children and animals laid the foundation for what AFACT is today. As AFACT continues to grow, Dori’s original vision remains at the center of its mission: creating a place where girls feel safe, supported, valued, and empowered to build brighter futures.

Clay Hardt
Head of Operations & VIP
Clay Hardt leads AFACT’s day-to-day operations, helping ensure that the organization, facilities, and programs have the structure and support needed to serve our girls successfully.
With a hands-on leadership style and a strong commitment to AFACT’s mission, Clay works across the organization to keep operations running smoothly, solve problems, support the team, and help turn AFACT’s vision for growth into reality.
As Head of Operations & VIP, Clay is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and well-supported environment where the AFACT team can do its best work—and where every girl has the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive.
Head of Operations & Vice President
Leigh Walker-Hardt oversees the administrative and strategic functions that support AFACT’s daily operations and continued growth. Her responsibilities span administration, procurement, marketing, organizational development, and the systems and processes that help keep AFACT moving forward.
With a hands-on approach, Leigh works across the organization to strengthen operations, coordinate resources, develop community and referral relationships, and ensure AFACT has the tools and support needed to fulfill its mission.
As AFACT grows, Leigh is focused on building a strong organizational foundation while helping bring its larger vision to life—creating an oasis where girls can feel safe, supported, empowered, and given every opportunity to thrive.
